I have a full basement suite available at the end of October/by Nov 1st. You’ll have about over fi ve hundred sq ft to yourself, with huge windows and tons of natural light! There’s an office, living space, bedroom space, a full bathroom with a huge soaker bathtub and two closets! The basement overlooks the backyard which is beautiful in the winter. The laundry is located on the second level, so nobody will need to enter your space- ensuring your privacy! The main level has two living rooms, the dining room and kitchen, with the rest of the bedrooms on the second level. There are 4 roommates currently.. we all work varying schedules and it’s very rare for all of us to be home at the same time.. we’re all professionals who clean up after themselves, and expect the same in a roommate.. you’d also be sharing the house with 3 cats and a corgi puppy :) the backyard is awesome and has a garden, mature apple tree, grill, hammocks, fire pit and disc golf baskets! There’s a lil gym in the garage also! The neighborhood is very safe and quiet and the neighbors are all very friendly! We’re a mostly sober household, with the occasional game/bbq nights.. looking to add a clean, respectful, and friendly individual to the house! We enjoy hiking, snowboarding, disc golfing, gardening, shows/festivals (edm), and traveling and would love a roommate who can relate to us as well! Cannabis friendly roommates with restrictions (I’m allergic). Two blocks from the Wagon Road Park n Ride for easy access to public transit, and plenty of street parking is available! The basement can be furnished as much or as little as you’d like! I’m excited to hear from you and see if we’d be a good fit!
