Hello, this is a and half bath home. Each room is about ten by ten, great in size. Only have 1 room available, looking for the right tenant. This is a LGBTQ+ home but all are welcome as long as you’re comfortable with that. Utilities are split between the 4 of you. Eighty dollar App Fee, we run credit, criminal and background. The security deposit (will work with the right tenant) is the same as the rent.
