I am non smoker, do not tolerate drugs, drunks, loud parties, pets, dirty dishes left in sink, firearms, ammunition or any type of contraband on premesis or inside my home.
My roommate must be neat, clean, organized, employed, responsible, own transportation and be willing to help with easy household chores like taking garbage to street, vacuuming home, sweeping floors, light yard work when required.
I only speak English, and prefer my roommate to speak the same language as me. Ample parking quiet street crime free neighborhood. Pool is fully enclosed for usage.
All you need to move in is your own bedroom furniture, your clothes and toothbrush.
Kitchen is fully furnished for your convenience, extra small refrigerator in dining room area.
Extra concrete parking with security lighting for departing and arriving after hours.
