Moving to CO in December Looking for a roommate to sign a lease at Dryden in the golden triangle!! This apartment is AMAZING. bath for thirty hundred and running a promotion for 8 weeks free!! That would make it about fifteen hundred a person. I will pay a hundred dollars more a month for the bigger room due to me working from home and needing to put my work desk in my bedroom. This place has amazing amenities. -fantastic gym with squat rack, leg press and stairmaster -indoor spa! Hot tub, steam room, cold plunge, sauna -rooftop pool-in unit washer/dryer -coworking spaces I am a year old finance professional. And looking for someone clean and respectful. I go to bed around pm and wake up around am. I vacuum once a week. And always do my dishes the same day I make them dirty lol I’m moving to Denver to be closer to nature.
