Homeowner for yrs. Retired nurse seeking apartment in quiet building outside Madison proper. Selling my townhome. My credit has suffered recently however I have a healthy portfolio and do not wish to buy. I am seeking a sq ft plus apartment. I do not mind if apartment is not updated condition. I require first floor or elevator, I require A/C since I use oxygen at times. I prefer hardwood floors but not mandatory. I will be obtaining a dog once I move. Location is open but should be within one hour of Madison by car.
