About me
I own my own house in southwest Philly and I’ve lived here about 4 years. I have a medium sized dog named Mango, and a tuxedo cat named Pepper. This is a residential block with a lot of families and kids. I’m friendly with a majority of my neighbors. We do not call the cops here. Weed friendly house!
My name’s Tiffany, I grew up in montco. I’m an artist! I make music, paint, photograph. I stim via watching the same 3 TV shows over and over again but am pretty open to new suggestions. I clean up after myself, and I need a roommate who does the same. I’m not big on parties, but would be cool with something lowkey occasionally.
My favorite thing about this location is its a 2 minute walking distance from a field with a track, a playground, basketball court, and skate park. I’m also a couple blocks away from th and Woodland Ave so walking distance to A LOT of incredible food.
My front room is my recording studio, if your a musician I’m totally fine with you using this space. I also keep a backdrop setup in my living room for photography and video shoots.
I think an ideal roommate would be someone who wants to utilize the access to these things. Or is at least unbothered by their permanent presence in the household.
I’m kind of weird and autistic and don’t pick up on things that aren’t being directly communicated to me. But I’m also extremely kind and generous and have mom energy cuz I want to take care of everyone. I love to cook and I always make too much and will try to feed you!
This is an important thing for me to add as well because I know not everyone will be comfortable with it. I own a firearm, I obtained it legally and am licensed to carry in Pennsylvania. I’m % not a gun nut, and I wish I didn’t feel it was necessary to own one. But I purchased it to keep in my home for protection.
