We currently are living in a downstairs apartment so instead of a deck there’s a patio out back with easy lawn access. I am looking for someone to take over the lease asap, the lease ends in July of . The apartment does not come with a washer and dryer but I would be happy to sell it to you for a little more. It’s pet friendly and the neighbors are very very friendly. We posted pictures the property management has on their because we still have all our furniture in the apartment.
