Hi! I’m looking for a female roommate without pets to share a bathroom apartment around the Sherman Oaks- Studio City area. (I have been looking and have a fav’s list). I would like to find someone who is tidy and respectful. I am a special effects makeup artist and am hoping for a roommate who is also creative, or at least doesn’t mind my creativity!
