Bedroom has shared bathroom and washer and dryer is in master bedroom (we will communicate if needed to be in other spaces but we (me and other roomate) are very respectful and will work with you and communicate about the space. The room is on the third floor and we do have pet rats but they live far off from the bedrooms newr the entrance of the house. I am alt and my roomate is a cop so you are protected and if you have any questions please ask me. (
