My Current roommate is moving out in the end of September. There is a in unit laundry, kitchen, 1 restroom and room will not be furnished. Looking for a roommate that is clean and picks up after themselves. I am years old, like to go to EDM shows, skiing, hiking, work out and trying new activities. The place is located in Westminster, only a min drive to Denver.
