I’m a year old chef getting ready to leave the east coast for the west coast, looking for an affordable room & clean room to stay in Los Angeles, while I figure my work schedule. I am clean, organized and easy to get along with . I follow rules pretty well and I’m also an effective communicator . By the way I have a co-signer because this is my first time renting a room.
