Looking for female roommates for my townhome in Loveland with mountain and Lake views. The place is a 3 bedroom and bath. If 2 roommates, then the second full bath would be shared. Living space is fully furnished and rooms are partially furnished with a mattress and bed frame. Access to docks for kayaking and paddle-boarding during the summer, a ton of trails, and a community garden. In addition, I have a exercise space in the garage in addition to a spare car slot.
