Hi, I'm Olivia! :) I'm an English and computer tutor as well as a hobby artist. Currently, I work part-time, but I'll be looking for another part-time job (or full-time) after moving. I'm looking for a place in/near the Riverside and Murray Hill area, but I'm also interested in Springfield, Phoenix, and other nearby neighborhoods. I'm a nerd who likes to play board games and ttrpgs, watch anime and movies, draw, etc, and I'm also trying to get back into videogames. I also like going out to bars and doing things with friends, but I spend most of my free time at home. As a roommate, I prefer to keep things clean, but I’m not excessive about it. I'm not loud, and I'm respectful of others' property and time. I'm also easy to communicate with and don't take things personally. Ideally, I'd like a roommate who I can be friends with, but it's also chill if we're just roommates lol. I'm also open to pets and more than willing to help out with them. :) LGBTQIA+ friendly, TGNCNB friendly, and friendly.
