Inside is fully furnished, with Apple TV (Netflix, Hulu, etc...) and an Xbox One for entertainment. Outside has plenty of backyard space for pets alongside a patio area which includes a hammock for lounging, patio furniture, string lights, and an outdoor fire pit. Security cameras are installed around the outside of the property for additional safety/security. Room #1 can be furnished with a queen bed and nightstand or unfurnished. Room #2 can be furnished with a twin bed or unfurnished. Utilities are split halfwayParking is either street or driveway.
