This is a furnished single room with its own private bathroom with a walk-in closet and linen closet. The living room and kitchen will be shared. The kitchen is small but living room is a good size. Very nice complex with a pool and gym. Washer and dryer available in apartment. The apartment complex has very large oak trees and is very shaded and is on the first floor. There is a front door and apartment can also be accessed via the patio seen in pictures. Very friendly community and in one of the safest areas of Greensboro. No smoking in apartment please. We will split electricity in half. Rest of utilities are included I’m a laid back person but strongly believe in compromise and respecting each other’s privacy. This is a quiet atmosphere Be aware that a dog and two cats live in the apartment
