About me
Looking for a room before August before utilities: I am a -year-old queer trans man. I work online as a licensed mental health counselor and art therapist. I have been in private practice for 4 years. I have lived in Vancouver, WA for the past year and I have been in the PNW for about 9 years. I am originally from the hellhole that is north central FL. I do not currently have a partner or many close friends in the area. I am looking for a room ideally $ or less (not including utilities). I have a king-size bed so if that can fit then I am golden. I split a house with a friend over the last year and we each paid $ plus utilities, however, I am looking for something more affordable now. I am open to location. I just need good wifi. I can commit to a year lease. I like to spend most of my time alone, but I do enjoy spurts of socializing regularly. I prefer renting a room in a house with a fenced-in backyard, but I am open to apartments. It would be helpful if the apartment door opened to the street and not a huge building. I have 2 service dogs that are rescues. Both are Chihuahua/Dachshund mixes that are between lbs each. Haven (F/7) and Mango (M/3). My dogs are very well trained including regarding potting. They are updated on all vaccines and flea meds. We go to the dog park almost every day to burn energy. They sleep a lot and love other people and other animals I am excellent at communication, discussing boundaries, and being a respectful person in general. Ideally, I would like to live somewhere with people total in a space and ideally 2 bathrooms if there are people. Laundry on- is a must for me too.
