Room for rent in townhouse with personal bathroom. First and foremost, looking for someone respectful and clean in the house. I will be renting out this spare bedroom/bath starting December . I can easily do a custom time frame lease. It is a nice townhouse community. Rent will include all bills (water/sewer, electric, & homeowners association). Small kitchen can be shared with owner.
