Furniture can be changed to your liking and or you can furnish it yourself. This room may also be used by two people as roommates. The cost for another person would add $. Real bed will eventually be put in if you want it furnished. The.bathroom is semiprivate. All the office furniture and desks will be removed prior to anyone moving in. Unless you would prefer it to stay if you work at home or something. The pullout couch can be replaced with a regular bed if you want. All sheets and linens come standard and are stored in the closet in the bathroom..Kitty litter train cats will be permitted in this bedroom as long as they use the restroom in the bathroom and it’s changed frequently. There will be an additional nonrefundable pet fee and possibly a monthly additional charge. If the animal is not well-behaved, however if it’s a great cat, we probably won’t charge anything extra. Move in fee is only charged if extensive work is required to move old items out and new ones in.

There’s a huge open unfinished basement with a couple rugs, an old bar and a washing machine and dryer. I’d be willing to rent it out for $ each to no more than two people. There’s a small crawl space attached also. I could put some furniture and a couple more carpets down there to make it more cozy. The moving fee will only apply if I have to bring large furniture downstairs and set it up. Because one of the washer and dryer sets is down in the basement, other roommates will occasionally need to come down to the basement. I will expect them to respect your privacy and knock to let you know before they come downstairs. It’s all about respect and I expect each of my tenants/roommates to respect each other‘s boundaries and privacy. The rent is same amount as the security deposit. Parking is free.
