Tenant is able to bring a mini double decker refrigerator/freezer in the bedroom..I’m asking for $ per month plus $ deposit & Utilities is $ Month. This is a month to month rental or can do a 3 month, or 6 month lease with option to renew if all good. Tenant must provide check stubs & will do a background check ..Be respectful no drama drug free no overnight guests ..if you look at the room and ur interested you will have to fill out a basic roommate application with your information .
