We are a warm and friendly couple who wants to share our beautiful Mediterranean home. We're easy to get along with, which is the reason that our guests come back numerous times thogh they were in the area for weeks at a time. Many previous roommates were with us as long as 2 years.We are located in quiet, and safe neighborhood with a park only a few blocks away. This Elegant room is furnished with a comfortable queen bed, 2 side tables, a dresser, and a fan. Steps away is the semi-private bath, both on the 1st floor.We have a well equipped kitchen, family room with tv, dining and living room, The serene backyard is boasting with a garden full of flowers, vegetables, and fruit trees, with areas to sit, and hang out with coffee or a glass of wine after a stressful workday.
