This is a fully furnished LARGE room. The rent will include all utilities as well as internet and laundry dryer. This room will be available Octoberr 1st. So i will be entertaining who ever comes first. Pets are extra. I also have a mini fridge available to keep inside the room, but that will be $ extra monthly
