One small room with shared bathroom close to downtown Bothell. One covered parking stall. No pets. I'm allergic. Apartment is old it ,built in the s has it quirks. Not much has been updated. Same windows and sinks. Coin operated laundry onsite. It you want newer place this ain't it.I will remove soundproofer, desk and chair, and curtains unless wanted. They help keep room warm in winter.
