Looking for a roommate from beginning of January to end of March. The place is an absolute gem of a place, coming from a native, and beyond reasonably priced. Comes with own room and private bathroom.Current roommate I moved here with from NY had a family emergency and is leaving first week of January. I want to fill the space in to finish out the lease that ends March th. I am open to extending the lease or passing it over once current one is over.
