I have a Room available with your own private bathroom as well. The apartment complex has a grill, exercise room, pool, valet trash pickup 5 days a week as well. I have a washer and dryer inside as well so you will have access to that as well. I'm looking for MALE only and must be clean as well no kids or pets allowed. The rent of $ includes everything including cable and wifi and electricity. A Deposit of $ is required as well.
