The room I’m renting is furnished with a queen-sized bed (has storage shelves and drawers), a small computer desk, and a smart TV. You would be using the second bathroom in the hallway which is also the Guest Bathroom. I would be charging you rent, plus half of the (FPL) light bill, water bill, and internet.
