The room is shared with one other female the rent will cost roughly around $ a month with utilities included plus a one time fee of $ to be added to the lease, if you do have a car there will be an additional fee of $ added a month. The room comes with a restroom inside. You will have access to your side of the kitchen plus fridge. The apartment comes with a balcony. The block C apartments are equipped with a pool, gym and individual study rooms. This block C apartments are the closets to campus and right next to the dorms.
