Hello, my name is Ryan. A little about me… I work 2 jobs corporate UPS during the week and I bartend in DC on the weekends. I’m rarely home except for at night and every other Saturday. I’m quiet and clean. Looking to rent a basement space preferably but open to options. I’m also looking to rent for several months but I am open to also signing a month to month lease agreement.
