I'm a semi-senior gentleman who was displaced by hurricane Ian. I've been living with my daughter in DC since, but am ready to return to the beautiful, warm environs of SW Fl. I'm a clean, well mannered, quiet, non-smoking, non-drinking, non-partying, semi-retired male who will be returning to work with my former employer ?? days/week. Should you decide to take me on as a renter, you'll barely know I'm there, except for the extra cash you'll have every month. Oh, and I have an excellent credit rating.
Update- I have had a room in a woman's home since May , but she has found a tenant to rent the entire home for much more than what she's charging me. I'm paid up thru Nov and can stay thru Dec if need be, but I prefer to move Nov .
