Late thirties but big kid at heart :)
Looking for long term. Don’t smoke, not a heavy drinker but don’t mind if you do either.
Air conditioning, wifi, furnished or unfinished room, private bathroom and closest space. Bonus if there is room for some storage (boxes, personal items etc)
Am friendly, easy to get along with, clean, quiet, respectful and sociable. Have lived in shared accomodation for a while now so not new to this space.
I am more than happy to chat, hang out, share a meal and have a laugh whilst also respecting others space, reading the room and privacy as I enjoy and appreciate my own space and privacy. ☺️
Single, no children or pets sadly. If you have a fur baby, even better 🐶 🐈 🐠 🦜
Work Monday to Friday in the CBD and like to chill during the week as work can be stressful. Usually try and get up about 6am ish or soon after that and hitting bed between ☀️🌙 😴
My weekends are usually walks or jogs around the river, catching up with friends, cafes, meal prepping, beach, cooking, chilling out, watching a movie, Netflix and when I feel like it, making myself go out on dates (shudders) 😅
Looking at East Perth, CBD, Mt Lawley, Inglewood, West Perth, Leederville, Subiaco etc and ideally by the end of January .
