There are two themed rooms to choose from at time of listing, Sand and Mermaid room, the whole house is beach themed since it’s just a quick drive down Manhattan Beach Blvd to arrive at Manhattan Beach, not to mention all of the beautiful South Bay Beaches. The home is in a great location, which is close to Gardena’s famous eateries, Target, parks, shopping, El Camino Community College, CSUDH and CSULB. Easy access to Los Angeles, Santa Monica and SoFi stadium. There is a very nice backyard area with a new BBQ and a grassy area.
