Furnished bedroom and a shared bath with one other girl, but so far both of the rooms are empty. It’s a house with pool, laundry room and wifi. The monthly payment includes all the bills. I work until night so i usually go to bed around pm weekdays and it’s usually quiet. No pets, smoking only outside.
