Hi donna! years old, i work a job in eldo. I currently am looking for a roommate to move into a new house I bought located in folsom ranch. The house will be ready for move in mid march- april 1st. It is a bath house, Master bedroom will be occupied by myself and my boyfriend, we do have a german shepherd husky, and a cat ! One room upstairs will be occupied by my girl friend she also has a dog, there is another room upstairs open but it would be a shared bathroom with the other girl roommate. Downstairs is occupied with a guy friend of mine who has a kitty so we are not looking for anyonr with pets because we have enough! If interested let me know! Looking for a girl preferably. We are looking for someone clean, more on the calmer side. We are okay with occasional get togethers, and friends coming over but want to remain respectful of all people living in the house. If you are a smoker no smoking in the house at all. There will be backyard with the house as well. Looking for someone reliable! Asking for $ for rent, utilities will be split with all roommates.
