Personal room with closet, ceiling fan, window and shared bathroom (with 1 other person). Owner has their own room/bathroom inside house, used separately. There is covered parking and an elevator for groceries/heavy objects since the house is lifted. Two covered patios and one is screened in. There are dog. This is a peaceful household and will not approve of someone who might disrupt our vibes ❤️ $ per month includes ALL amenities and bills. That is a flat rate. More pictures to come.
