I work as a Marketing Representative for a brand new town home community (still being built) and have lived on for a year. Since I work for the company, deposits would be waived, but a background and credit check would still need to be run. Roomate will be leaving on September th and was very clean.Townhomes are two stories, spacious, and right off of and route , just a few mins from Walmart, Publics, and Neighboring towns. It's about a min drive to the Casino and not a terrible commute to Wesley Chapel or even Tampa.If you work from home, there is also a section on the section story where a desk could be placed. You'd get your own bathroom with a shower tub, so plenty of privacy.
