I'm looking for a clean professional female roommate. Furnished private bedroom and bathroom with shared common areas. Rent includes wifi, utilities, full use of kitchen and all appliances including washer and dryer. Bedroom and bathroom have recently been painted and new linens for bedroom and bathroom are provided. Room includes a " TV and a walk in closet. Plus pool access during the pool season.I do not allow overnight guests, pets or smoking/drinking inside of my home. I do have small dog (Yorkie) in the home so you must be some what comfortable with dogs. Month to month agreement with a $ security deposit.
