You would have your own bathroom and choice of bedrooms upstairs. We have a laundry room upstairs with a living room dining area and kitchen downstairs. There is storage in my garage and several closets.
I’m looking for somebody who can be on a month-to-month, who is fairly quiet and not around all the time. I do have my kids here from time to time so I would prefer if somebody not bring children here or too much company.
Occasionally I wouldn’t mind but not on a regular basis. I just need somebody who is quiet, respectful, very neat and clean and kind.
I can be flexible on the amount, and I would require a deposit for move-in. If you’d like to meet up & see my place please let me know!
