I'm Dave, I began collecting SS benefits in November. I seek a room to rent in Las Cruces w/private bath while I await senior apartment availability. Currently renting a room in Huntsville, AL, I'm ready to move after a month's notice.
I'm quiet, private but sociable, don't smoke, have no pets, and by myself (never married) w/no children nor family to speak of. After a career in HVAC/R, I'm quite handy around the house as well. I enjoy hiking, tennis, swimming, simply being active and healthy. Music accompanies earbuds during my down time, which I'm enjoying more and more.
