Current roomate is moving out short notice this month so it will be ready soon. 3 windows in the room, standard closet, private bathroom with tub, vanity storage, in unit (brand new) washer and dryer, wood-look laminate floors, granite countertops, two living areas, and screened in back patio with exterior storage space. Golf course view with lots of grass. I don’t smoke but don’t care if you do! Caged pets allowed, no cats or dogs (allergic!). weed & LGBT friendly. Very chill vibe here and I understand that if you rent here you’re not just renting a room, but renting the whole place. No weird rules about kitchen usage or guests. Tons of guest parking. If you’re kosher or halal I can accommodate fridge space. On weekends I sometimes host board game nights or ttrpgs that don’t go past elevenOclock.
