Close to all the exciting things offered in Frisco, including the Dallas Cowboys' stadium and retail, "The Star" and coming Universal Studios Theme Park. Room is unfurnished. Carpets newly cleaned, fresh paint and ceiling fan / light with remote installed. If desired, can rent with furnishings (Queen bed, dresser / mirror combo, two side tables with lamps, window and closet.) for $. Pictures of furnished available upon request. Room has lock with key. Front door is accessed by user code on digital lock. Rooms and bathroom are located at the front of the house and basically in their own separate wing / hall. Main floor - no stairs. Will share bathroom with one other clean male. All utilities included: wifi (business high speed), electric, water, trash. Tenant will have access to a free user profile for streaming services on Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Paramount Plus and Peacock. Kitchen is a shared space and you will have cupboards and fridge and freezer space for your use.
