Deposit is the same as rent, we split electric and internet. Coin laundry in the buildingThere's a full kitchen with a dishwasher, range, microwave, and fridge, plus nice cabinets. I do have a gluten allergy so you'd have to clean up well in the kitchen.The living room is pretty big, and the balcony has plenty of space to relax, grill, etc.
