We are a group of roommates looking for a new housemate to occupy a private, unfurnished bedroom in our home. The house and common spaces are furnished with kitchenware, smart TVs, and furniture.All amenities/utility fees are shared among roommates. A security deposit, move-in fee, and first month's rent are required at the time of move-in. Single occupancy only, and pets are not permitted.
