Hi everyone! I have a room for rent in Orange. It is a townhouse with 3 bedrooms and baths with in unit washer and dryer. The whole town house has wooden floors and the room for rent is a pretty big room with a walk in closet. You would also be sharing a bathroom with one other tenant. We are looking for a female only and moved in by August 1st which is when the lease renews. Rent is $ + utilizes (around $ each month) I’m so sad to leave the 2 other girls (Jackie and Rox) I feel like we’ve all become close through having roomie night and becoming close friends.
