We are located in the town limits of Berlin, MD. The townhouse is located on a beautiful property. We are walking or biking distance from shopping, eateries and activities in town. Located a short distance from Ocean City and Assateague Island beaches. Townhouse is 3 floors with the bedrooms and bathrooms located on top floor. Bed is a Queen size bed or bring your own. Each tenant has their own doorknob code to access the townhouse. Come and go as you please. All overnight guests must be cleared by owners. Only Non-smokers!! No pets !! At present, there are no tenants living with us in either bedroom. The tenant bathroom is SHARED with the other tenant. We all work in the area. We have rented for the past 7 years to students & young professionals.
