Hi there! I’m looking for someone to take over my roommates place since she is moving to New Zealand. I live in the Huntington Breakers in a bath. It’s all furnished except for your room/bath. I have a French bulldog that’s super lazy, so must be okay with pets. Move in date is late December. Rent is under $ (including water, electric, WiFi, and extra parking)
