Private room and bathroom with walk in closet in a apartment. It comes with a new queen bed. With access to kitchen, living area and balcony. Water, electricity and internet included. Parking will be extra $ if needed. We are a couple that will be living in the master bedroom. We are not usually home during working hours from Monday to Friday and usually out on weekends.
