You have to adhere to hoa rules, the hoa gets strict on this,though they're fair & will give warning. You'll have your own full size fridge some pantry space. There's washer dryer shared of course. You may share fridge pantry share n bthrm with 2nd roomie.. owner has own bthrm.theres parking on driveway for up to 2, overnight parking avail on street, hoa will need to be notified if more than 1 nt here or there, they will boot or tow cars if abused/extensive.
