Renting out a room in my townhouse for in Boynton beach right between gateway and hypoluxo exit off with everything included! Gated community, quiet neighborhood and has a pool and nice path to walk around the neighborhood! I do have a basement that is converted into a gym as well. Bathroom is shared if I end up finding another tenant for the 3rd room. I do have cats and dogs so not accepting anymore pets! Will have to show proof of income & background check!
