I have an open room available in my MAA James Island rental. The unit is spacious and in a great location, right by the James Island Connector - close to downtown and thirteen minutes to Folly Beach. The apartment has hardwood floors throughout (carpeted bedrooms) and a very open concept living room and kitchen. There are plenty of parking spaces, the rent would be split evenly and you would get your own large private bathroom. You would be living with me; I’m from Charlotte, NC and recently graduated from unc chapel hill. I enjoy sports, running, and going to the beach.
