The house has all new appliances including washer & dryer. Off street parking for 2 cars (one is covered) and plenty of on street parking. Also on bus line. Air conditioning keeps the house cool in the summer. I prefer 1 person to rent both rooms and I will discount the 2 rooms a total of $ in this situation (you can use one as storage, office, tv/sitting room, etc).
