The apartment has a full sized front load washer and dryer towards the front of the unit and a spacious open concept kitchen/dining/living space equipped with an island that sits 3, a projector and an electric fireplace. You will also have full access to the amenities the apartment complex offers (gym, basketball court, pool, resident lounge, concierge service, courtyards, movie theater, Amazon lockers) - Utilities (water, gas, garbage pick-up, electric, & wifi) will be taken care of by me. - Parking is an additional dollars a month (which is NOT included in the rent listed above): you will get an assigned parking spot in the below ground garage by the leasing office.
